I wanted to provide a quick link to a great diary up on DailyKos about the argument in favor of universal helthcare from the individual standpoint.

The bottom line is this - the uninsured cost more to care for, because their problems are acute when they do see help, and the value of lost productivity will help pay for the cost of universal care.
