ON THE CLINTON CAMPAIGN BUS -- Harold Ickes, one of Sen. Hillary Clinton's senior advisors, announced the campaign's "long view" in a conference call this morning.In my opinion, when a candidate or their proxies start saying "all the way to the convention" it bodes quite ill for that campaign.
Bottom line: Say hello Puerto Rico.

Has any candidate who promised to fight "all the way to the convention" ever actually fought all the way to the convention?

Well, Dennis Kucinich did in 2004. You can ask President Kerry how he did.
It ends tonight, Texas and Ohio will likely persuade the superdelegates which will end this one way or the other. Hillary may still have some legs if she wins Texas.
My bad, 2 weeks from tonight (March 4th).
Lots and lots of money has been lost betting against the Clintons. This isn't over until someone bows out.
