I ran an errand this afternoon...

Dear Home Depot Leesburg (and related retailers, I'm sure),

When there are customers waiting in line to talk to staff in every (or almost every) department in your store, at 1pm on a Friday it is time to hire more people. Not only is it good for the economy, and good for our neighbors who need work, it's going to be good for your reputation.
